Starting Your Medical Medium Health Journey with the Right Mindset

If you are interested in Medical Medium protocols and overwhelmed with all the information out there, I suggest we begin at the top - literally! In my opinion, the first step towards getting healthier starts with your mindset and your thoughts. This is a belief shared by renowned success coach, Tony Robbins: “Success in life is 80% psychology and 20% mechanics”. By psychology, Robbins means having the right mindset and attitude, while mechanics refers to the system used to achieve success. Applying this strategy is crucial for success in your health journey.


Before diving into Medical Medium health protocols, it is essential to practice mindfulness and become more aware of your thoughts and emotions. Make a conscious effort to shift negative self-talk into positive thoughts. Mindset encompasses our thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes towards ourselves, our bodies, and the world around us. A negative or self-defeating mindset can sabotage even the best intentions towards healthy living. On the other hand, a positive and empowering mindset can propel us forward, helping us to stay motivated and committed to our health goals.


Where to start? Begin by examining your current thought patterns and beliefs about health. Are they serving you positively or holding you back? Here are a few self-reflection questions you can start with:

  2. What goes through your mind when you think about taking action?
  3. What are your beliefs or limiting beliefs about health?
  4. How do your current habits and lifestyle choices affect your health and well-being?
  5. How do you deal with setbacks or challenges in your health journey, and what strategies can you use to stay on track?


    Mindset encompasses our thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes towards ourselves, our bodies, and the world around us. A negative or self-defeating mindset can sabotage even the best intentions towards healthy living. On the other hand, a positive and empowering mindset can propel us forward, helping us to stay motivated and committed to our health goals.


    So, take some time to focus on your mindset. Practice self-reflection, challenge negative beliefs, and cultivate a sense of self-compassion.
